Spicy Stewed Apples

Spicy Stewed ApplesThis yummy guilt free dessert is perfect for anybody – there are so many benefits of eating apples! However it is also ideal for those following the HcG diet or Shake it diet.

Serves 2

Ingredients
2 sliced apples
1 teaspn cinnamon
2-3 teaspns of either Splenda or Xylitol (Use Splenda for Shake it diet and Xylitol for HcG diet)
1/3 teaspoon cloves
10 cardamom pods

Method:
1. Place 2 sliced apples in an oven dish.
2. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
3. Sprinkle 2-3 teaspoons of either Splenda or Xylitol (Use Splenda for Shake it diet and Xylitol for HcG diet).
4. Sprinkle 1/3 teaspoon cloves.
5. Add 10 cardamom pods.
6. Add boiling water until apples are covered.
7. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
8. Enjoy!
